What counts as a read?
Each document you send to an extractor and get a result for is one read. If an extraction fails on our side you are not charged for it.
What happens when my included reads run out?
Buy a pack of extra reads from your billing page — from 50 upwards, priced at your plan’s rate (LKR 30 on Standard, LKR 25 on Enterprise). They are used automatically once your included allowance is spent.
Do extra reads roll over?
No. Extra reads belong to the billing period you buy them in and expire when your plan renews, so buy roughly what you expect to need.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan starts a new billing period immediately with that plan’s full allowance.
