By creating an account or using OleeVision, you agree to these terms. OleeVision is operated by Olee AI LLC. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Do not use OleeVision to process documents you are not authorised to process.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service, or exceed rate limits by circumvention.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
Usage is measured in reads. Each document extraction is one read. Your plan includes a monthly read allowance; reads beyond it are billed at the published overage rate.
Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep OleeVision reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olee AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance.
