OleeVision is a document-extraction service operated by Olee AI LLC ("Olee AI", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Account data: your name, email and organisation, used to create and secure your account.
Documents you submit: images and files you send to your extractors, and the text and structured data produced from them.
Usage data: read counts, timestamps, latency and error information used to run analytics and enforce limits.
Billing data: payment records processed by our payment provider (PayHere). We do not store full card numbers.
To provide the service: run extractions, show results in your Reads inbox and analytics, and deliver webhooks.
To operate and improve reliability, security and performance.
To bill for usage and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your documents to train third-party models.
Documents and results are stored only when you enable result storage for an extractor. You can turn this off per extractor, in which case only minimal delivery metadata is kept.
You can delete extractors and their data from the app. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
We share data only with the processors that run the service (such as cloud hosting, storage, our vision-model provider and PayHere for payments), under agreements that require them to protect it.
